In the shed, we want your training experience to be fun, informative, and challenging... so we strive to make getting started simple. Saturday mornings, all new athletes* are invited to the RedShed for a free training session.
Each Saturday from 8:30am-10:30am, we will host all new athletes . You will be briefed on CrossFit methodology, and we will prepare you for a baseline workout, or modified workout of the day. This is a free session to all athletes new to CrossFit, and the RedShed.
Your visit must be scheduled in advance, and you must be physically and mentally ready to engage in some exercise!!
