As someone who can't do one strict pullup, what should I do for my weighted pulllups? Vest it and do kipping? Or work with bands on strict pullups?

Very interesting Dom. One thing not talked about but visually shown is the difference in the bone density of the femurs. Other studies have shown that active seniors [or people in general] have stronger bones, better immune systems, etc. but it's really cool to see the difference in a study not even focused on it.
