Thanks so much for the support over the last few months. I know I will be ready for whatever challenge they throw at me next week. Bringing in the vest was a great addition even though I hated it during many wods.
Special thanks to the early crew who keeps a positive environment every day. I'll be sure to keep everyone up to date next week. Good luck to everyone in the 5 k tomorrow.

I can't find last years results - Compuscore results are down but I'm 100% positive that it's better. I definitely did feel stronger - although I had to walk at a few points. The weather last year was perfect - cool and sunny - today not so much. I was kicking myself for walking at the end because I definitely could have pulled off the sub 30. But, you know the saying..."shoulda, coulda woulda doesn't do ya no gooda."
I am looking forward to tomorrow. I think the Shed influence will make a difference :)

Hawaii Update:
WOD 1 (Saturday) "Nasty Girls"
3 Rounds for time:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
Maria is in 2nd place after WOD 1 (she finished 1st scaled, but only 1 female did it rx'd)
6:13
50 squats
14 pull-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (65#)
She said that it is pretty competitive and in her words...the adenaline is insane, I'm still shaking...felt like I was gonna pass out!

She is off to a strong start!
