From the middle of no where PA...
Farewell to the du/burpee challenge:
(Which I was not doing in the first place...)
30-25-20-15-10-5
Double unders
Burpees
There was no room in the hotel fitness center or my room to do this...so I took it out into the hallway by the elevators.
Sometimes you just need to be creative while on the road!
Get out and do some running in this nice weather!

Hi all, just wanted to let everyone know about a Nutrition workshop that NYC Endurance is organizing http://www.nycendurance.com?wp_ct=1&whole9Nutrition

so who is the man behind the bumpers from yesterday?
Posted by: J9 | March 09, 2010 at 06:27 PM
Sorry for being totally insensitive tonight BF, truly not my intent.

I'd answer that question Coach - but I have an unfair advantage - I do his laundry.
Question - considering that the Five Fingers footwear seems to be the Mudder recommendation, what would you recommend for someone on a budget? (regular sneakers or trail runners?)

@ Kat go barefoot!!!
@svw Update 3/9/10 at 6:15pm: We now have less than 270 places still available for Tough Mudder NY & PA! We expect to probably sell out tonight. Tough Mudder will not be able to accommodate additional entry requests. Team members are strongly encouraged to sign up now to avoid disappointment. We apologize in advance if we are not able to process your registration. A limited number of places have been reserved for journalists.
Better hurry up.

Ro - No worries....It's all good...felt good just being there tonight!
Posted by: BF | March 09, 2010 at 09:34 PM
@ Kat - If you have an old pair of running shoes that fit you well use those. Also - Sport Authority in Succasunna has some incredible deals on discontinued running sneakers. DP got a great pair for $25.

mudders who are on the fence right now are pretty much securing their fate of not participating.
master uguay once said, "one often fulfills his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it."
so are you in or out...???
