Maria-
You have prepared well over these last few months and there is no reason why you cannot place first in your sectional. You have the drive and desire - remain confident! You are super strong and super fast. Hopefully there will be some video and pics provided, so that we can witness the action.

The hard training is now done, take time this week to reflect, rest and make sure you are recovered so that you are ready to go on Saturday.

Know that you have all of us ShedHeads cheering you on from miles away.

Keep us posted on everything.
ROCK ON!

Rock on, Maria! Best of luck to you.

So excited for you Maria! Sending LOTS of positive energy your way! Kick some *ss!

Hey kat, I tried the website mysself this mornning and it must be down. It is Under the website for Autism New Jersey. I will keep checking or call on Monday to see what the problem maybe. Thanks.

Maria, sending you lots of blessings and thoughts during your competition. We know you will do well. You have trained with the best!

Thank you everyone - this post and all your comments mean so much!! I am doing my best to rest...this is my 6th day of it and I have 6 more to go haha. I am definitely not sleep deprived at this point lol. I will remain confident and keep in mind that I do have a good chance of placing...only thinking positive thoughts from here on out!

I'm just about positive that there will be videos of the event...and I have a personal photographer - my friend michelle, who is also my stylist.

Even though I am with CrossFit Oahu, I will still be representing RedShed! I will have my shirt and magnet with me in my gymbag to remind me of all the support I have 6,000 miles away :)

Got my first bike ride of the year in today. Shed made the difference for the hills. But it did expose one big glaring problem: I HAVE to do some running to get ready for the muddder.

My traps are still on fire. i thought it would go away as the day went on but i was wrong, still hurts just as much. hopefully better by tomorrow
