Man, SvW is up early today!
Happy bday Lori-glad to have you at the Shed!
Matt & Kat-looks awesome, now get back to the Shed!
Finally, I think I am also obsessed with the vest. WOD #2 was Annie. With the vest only 6 seconds slower than in September. Double unders and sit-ups will never be the same!
Enjoy the rest day!
Airforce WOD tomorrow!
Rock on!

Anna-
Good to see your name back on the board.
Now that it is March-isn't Elena supposed to be back???

Thanks guys! It's been a tough few weeks but we couldn't be happier with it! We'll be back soon (maybe even tomorrow for the Airforce WOD!).
And YES J9, Elena should be back! Saw her yesterday - we are working on her for the Mudder - she would tear that up!

Don't forget about last Sunday's rest day assignment!
BF-you making up Tuesday's WOD today??
SvW should be training in Arizona today. Hopefully we get an update.
Looking forward to some warmer weather on the horizon... that means girls like Nancy, Helen, Kelly and Eva will be making an appearance very soon!
Remember "the menace"?
Heh, heh, heh
Yeah boy!

Take a look at the right side bar. I have added several links to equipment disrtibutors. If you are looking to purchase your own training gear/equipment, go to these links first! Quality at a good price!
Just an FYI!

In my family, we all despise "the menace" but I think you may be referring to another menace.

Like how you spell it out "make sure you have a good muscle building diet, without that you are simply paying for some expensive urine"
I'm baffled by new guys at the gym, they enter the supplement shops and want to buy everything. Like you've said, 1st stop is getting sound, solid, real food... then building up into the tried-and-tested supplements like multivitamins, creatine, etc.
