strict press was a good sub for the hspu, perhaps heavier if the not for the strict press strength wod today.
I don't really forsee a sollution to the bulging eye situation that will allow me to do the hspu's rx'd...
oh well, there's always tomorrow!

Greetings from Florida - hitting Affliction later today - WOD is 10 rounds for time: 10 dealifts (185/m 115/w) 10 pushups. Ironically, their skill practice is handstands. Should be interesting. We miss the Shed and are super bummed that we will miss the snow.

i break blood vessels around my eyes everytime we do HSPU ive noticed that not holding my breathe, and breathing helps.
Just saying popping your eye out during a Crossfit WOD would be hardcore. id be impressed.

SvW, i found a solution for your eyes, i talked to my doctor, he said if you put a some lime juice in your eyes before the workout you shouldn't have a problem
