J9- my time for the DU/WB wod was 4:53, used a 14# ball - which is rx weight for girls at cfo...did them unbroken tho...i definitely should have gotten this done at about 3:00, had I been able to do the DU's unbroken. practice practice practice
possibility I am going to be doing FGB today...if i do, i reallllyyy hope to beat 280...we'll see! will keep you updated
i neeeedddd to be doing more than one wod a day...about a month away, and now i'm getting serious?? ah
