Paleo “No-Oatmeal” Cookies posted in the paleo section. Would probably taste similar to larabars.
Agave nectar update:
There isn't any sweetener, natural or artificial, which is actually good for us.
That being said, honey or table sugar (as far as your body is concerned, these are the same things) would be healthier than agave nectar, since agave nectar is usually ridiculously heavy on the fructose, whereas table sugar is 50/50 glucose/fructose. At least the body can make good use of the glucose.
Another option: raw honey or stevia. If you use it every once in awhile it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Consider today's WOD an opportunity to really work on your OHS, because this WOD is EASY! Good opportunity to focus on getting ready for Friday!

Deb & J9, vitamin / supplement update...
got this product "PaleoGreens" from my acupunturist yesterday. It is a bunch of freeze dried greens that is turned into a powder. Put a tbsp in my AM smoothie today.
Check out the Paleo section starting on pg. 12. Some of the products use brown rice so I don't know how purely paleo these products are, but I do like the greens so far.
