Good for a laugh...
And unfortunately there are so many people at their globo-gyms that still do the old school thinking type of training.
We all did it at one point, hell, I was even instructing it through group ex classes and personal training...never again!

note to yourself: you will need to get yourself a jumprope... the 100 days includes weekends and days that the gym is closed!

Nice squatting, ladies! geez Maria & Ro!! Nice. I wish I would've gotten to watch you guys! I think I need lessons - my legs don't hurt when I do these, like - not in the least. Cindy airsquats make them hurt more. Maybe my hams are a little sore next day, but otherwise, nothing...I just get stuck in the hole and thats it! Yet I remember being 25 and answering the phone (back then, they were CONNECTED to the wall!) with 200 lbs. on my back. Go figure!
