Week of rest days - it will either make me very cranky or stronger/faster upon returning...

please, I hope they make her stronger... (I have to live with her!)

wall balls have been changed to a hang snatch... why??
because we only have two 20 pounders.
those of you who love wall ball, we be happy to hear that we won't be programming wall ball until we get more med balls.
until then, it will be programmed as a bonus WOD only!

this was a killer, old school style, bad ass wod!
i think even my feelings are going to hurt tomorrow

Thank goodness someone else is commenting today - where is everyone?!
SvW-
You will have to take the lead on providing the after-thoughts of the wod, since my early AM posts will only include whining b/c of rest days.
How do some people have no problem with being sedentary day in and day out? After 2 straight days, I have nearly lost my mind...
Heard that sena+feran made an appearance at the shed today...

I am with you about losing your mind after sitting out ... unfortunately it is the only way to get better.

My shoulders are SCREAMing and I only left the shed an hour ago! I can't imagine what tomorrow will bring. Already took Motrin not a good sign for me. Additionally, I sucked today! There should be a law your body can't scream when it doesn't perform to expectation!

Sign from beyond...main site wod for tomorrow...another chance to row 5K...
Taunting the fact that it is highly unlikely that a row 5K before the end of the year will happen.
But perfect answer to the question of "why would anyone want to spend 20+ minutes on a rower"? And I think it was McCoy (or maybe BF?) that simply said - then do it in 18 minutes and you will be off the rower faster!
Perfect answer and spoken like a true ShedHead.
The only way to win is to get more work done faster, right?

J9 3 days left......get it done! leave all the whining to SVW...

I did well on the pullups and well on the hang snatches, but terrible on the double unders. Three skin rips too, although not as bad as usual.

Feran was Pat's assistant coach today.
