Active.com said race started at 7:30, but it doesn't start until 8:45, a bit of a bummer.
So I am looking to attack one of those naps!

Nice job on the race, ShedHeads!
Definitely want to run this one next year - it looked like so much fun!
We will keep you posted on if there will be a change of the Friday or Saturday hours.

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful that my first real exposure to CrossFit was at RedShed and how welcome I felt for that short month that I was there. Hope you all have a delicious day!!
