Ok, I recently learned what manmakers & mega-burpees are. Now - floor wipers?? What the heck's a floor wiper?

nevermind! had a senior moment, found on the net - the MOVIE 300? never heard of either thing...thought it was a 300 rep WOD!

Thanks for letting me WOD with you yesterday.

megaburpee = rolling jump squat into a burpee

manmaker = burpee with grip/pushup on a barbell and instead of a jump-clap, you jump your feet & then clean the barbell

floor duster = lying leg raises (at diff angles) while holding a barbell in the pressed out position

Who thinks of these things, LOL?
