megaburpee = rolling jump squat into a burpee
manmaker = burpee with grip/pushup on a barbell and instead of a jump-clap, you jump your feet & then clean the barbell
floor duster = lying leg raises (at diff angles) while holding a barbell in the pressed out position
Who thinks of these things, LOL?
