DAY 68 of the burpee challenge
Lisa Matacotta trains with the 7:30PM crowd. She came to us with two bad knees, and was told "not to squat". Well, Lisa not only CAN squat... she can run, jump and perform all of the movements in each workout (even thrusters)! Lisa never quits, and her work ethic is inspiring. From me and all the ShedHeads, "Happy Birthday Lisa!"











Remind me not to mention that my birthday is May 20 and ill be 35. sheesh.

...but beware the dreaded double unders (& pull-ups)
This WOD is fun, and gets challenging at the end. Don't try to pace yourself, just go for it!

The after effects of this one lasted awhile after the WOD was completed.
Seems as though the rower thrown into the mix has a way of bringing me down to the ground post-WOD.
