I've been looking at those running/POSE/run correction vids. Anyone tried it?
I would like to get in shape enough to try one of the 5Ks.

Pat do you have any letter head for the redshed so that I could get some water donated for the New Providence run. I just need some sort of letter head for documentation purposes.
