Is anyone else feeling tabata-soreness?!

I did the wod today using the 16kg kettlebell, just because I really enjoy the kb's. I found the wod to be very effective, regardless of the 5# difference.

I will have the kb's available to those who would like to use them today.

my whole mid section is sore from the tabata workout.

Coach, Can you describe the power snatch for me? I can't find it on the main site.

Glad I am not the only one feeling crippled in the midsection!

Ahhhh... Tabata! My favorite subject.

I ended up doing only 120 sit ups in those 4 minutes, yet my abs are burning as if I did 400. What I find fascinating about the Tabata sequence is how vigorously the body is impacted from the stop n go chain of movements.
As a suplement exercise, I usually do 150 unbroken sit ups in 3 minutes. And I do that 3-4 times a week. Yet I don't hurt from that the way I hurt from the Tabata sit ups.
No wonder the Tabata "Time Machine" is still selling for $15,000.
