I think there should be a separate album of Dale showing the many ways that he puts out an incredible effort and then falls to the ground.
My favorite is still from Murph where it looks as though he slid head first into the Shed.

Awesome job by all yesterday with the 50.
Some for the first time, some with an improved time and some at rx'd weights.
Even Sena and I made it into a few pics.

if Matt didn't drop the bar on his foot, I believe he would have taken at least 15 minutes off his last F50 time.

i pulled this out in 31:29 yesterday afternoon. i went out really fast and was onto the burpees in less than 19 minutes.
Pukie, rabdo and heat stroke were close on my heels, especially Pukie... it was real close.
The burpees took me just about 10 minutes, as i had nothing in the tank, for a number of reasons, but i had nothing regardless.
If broken down in simple terms this workout isnt too remarkable, but damn if it isnt effective.
Next time under 30, no half steppin!
