"L" pull-ups, 6 reps

I find the push-up/step-ups to be more difficult than burpee box jumps. There is no momentum in the push-up/step-up sequence.
When I get my body back from the mini body snatcher's grasp, I will go back to my beloved burpee box jumps and complain about how difficult they are.

on the left side bar on the redshed site, click "exercises and demos"
search for the "L" pull-up, and watch the video.
basically, you do a pull-up while maintaining and "L" position with your body

I agree with Diet Pepsi Rob. It may not have been the best time for me to ride to the gym...I was disappinted with my results.
