6 push jerk
all movements performed with 135# barbell (scale accordingly)

i did the stay at home work out with the 4 rounds of 50 squats, 25 push ups, and 25 lunges...for 14:38 (yuck, right?)

i hope you enjoy this J9, its def a challenge.
Pat, you can asterisk anything you like and i wont get pissed. i had a great workout and when fatigue and flexibility dictate my form and ROM towards the end of a workout, i have no choice but to get it done.
in the last year i dont think i've needed too many asterisks and i dont anticipate needing many more.
