i did the stay at home work out with the 4 rounds of 50 squats, 25 push ups, and 25 lunges...for 14:38 (yuck, right?)

i think i would have preferred to do Jackie again today... this was a tough, tough challenge...

Amber,
your time is what it is. your times will get much faster as you progress. don't get discouraged, keep on getting after it!

As Rx'ed

Steve-28:00*
Pat-29:46

This one hurt me... physically and spiritually.

*Don't get pissed Steve, but we have to document a lack of ROM in the front squats. Time to start working on your flexibility... everyday!

As Rx'ed:
Dale-19:25
Matt-22:34*

Scaled:
Craig-25:06*, 115#
Beard-35:06, 95#
Tony-22:13, 95#
Estey-21:00, 95#
Greg-29:26, 85#

*crease of the knee did not reach crease of the hips in several front squats

Thanks to Fred for introducing Bill to the RedShed.

Fred and Bill did the following for time:
10 cal-row
5 medball thrusters @ 20#
10 rounds

Fred-17:50
Bill-11:49

can't wait for this one!

i hope you enjoy this J9, its def a challenge.

Pat, you can asterisk anything you like and i wont get pissed. i had a great workout and when fatigue and flexibility dictate my form and ROM towards the end of a workout, i have no choice but to get it done.

in the last year i dont think i've needed too many asterisks and i dont anticipate needing many more.

See you later if the snow permits safe travel...

J9: 13:09 (65#)*

And I will be the one to * it - as I should have been stronger and attempted at 75#!

Sena: 16:23 (65#)
